I love innovating and creative problem-solving, and I see collaboration and co-creation as the most effective execution path. I’m recognized for putting people first, having a holistic and strategic mind, and mastering the art of facilitating design thinking activities. My not-so-secret superpower is energizing teams to serve customers, employees, and businesses creatively.

Previously, I led Product and Experience Design programs and teams at Wayfair, Wells Fargo, and Gap Inc., where we blended digital and physical worlds to optimize experiences.

My servant leadership style, collaborative design strategy experience, growth mindset, and comfort with ambiguity position me to develop team talent while pushing boundaries.

I'm looking for a full-time remote or hybrid role on a collaborative team where I can utilize my service design and system thinking skills to drive the design strategy for new experiences and develop team members.

An eternal optimist, I embrace the journey of personal and professional challenges. When I’m away from work, you’ll find me exploring neighborhoods with my family, jamming on my trumpet, coaching and practicing CrossFit, or championing diversity, equity, and inclusion as a Director for the Pride Bands Alliance!
